Mildred Lillian “Millie” Mann, 92, of Westminster, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2026, surrounded by her family. A Baltimore native and graduate of Eastern High School, she worked for Stebbins-Anderson and Saco Supply before dedicating 20 years as a volunteer at Carroll Hospital Center. Millie also taught fifth-grade CCD at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. She loved the beach, fishing, and spending summers in Chincoteague, Virginia, with her late husband, Henry Mann. Millie is remembered for her devotion to family and is survived by her children, stepchildren, 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many loved ones.
