Mona Catherine Pickett, 86, of Charlestown, West Virginia, passed away on July 4, 2026. Born in Cumberland, Maryland, on July 15, 1939, she was the daughter of the late John Delvin Bennett and Etta Catherine Blizzard. Mona was a devoted Christian who cherished her family, enjoyed playing golf, and faithfully managed Washington Village Apartments for 30 years before retiring in 2007. She is survived by her children, David Pickett Jr., Roxanne Smisek, and Terry Pickett, along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her children Cherie Long, Tommy Pickett, and Kevin Pickett. Mona will be remembered for her faith, love, and devotion to her family.
