Ruth Evelyn Nickles Hale, 90, of Littlestown, PA, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2026, at Weikert’s Care Home. Born March 30, 1936, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late George Herbert Nickles, Sr. and Ada May Poole Nickles. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Leon F. Hale, Sr. Ruth retired after working for Telemecanique, Gould, and Rowan Controller. She is survived by her four children, 11 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by seven siblings and will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends.
