William Thomas Keene III passed away unexpectedly on May 9, 2026, at the age of 66. He was preceded in death by his father, William Keene Jr., mother Edna Bartlett, stepmother Sue Keene, and brother Matthew Keene. Bill is survived by his sisters Louanne Calvin and Estelle Johnson, half-sisters Bonnie Sue Woods and Michelle Porter, along with many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. Bill’s greatest joy was music, especially show tunes and Michael Jackson. A longtime client of Target Educational and Community Services, he cherished trips to Ocean City, the Hippodrome Theatre, and concerts.
