She was a woman of warmth, wit, and quiet strength who never met a stranger and brought laughter to many through her sharp humor. Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Ray Foster, and granddaughter Josephine Foster. She is survived by her sister, children, grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Charlotte enjoyed gardening, bird watching, music, and family above all else. She will be remembered for her kindness, resilience, and enduring love.
