The 42nd Maryland Wine Festival will take place Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Carroll County Farm Museum in Westminster, featuring more than 30 local wineries, food trucks, live music and a new “Bottles & Blooms” theme.
This year’s festival introduces a summer schedule and includes a selection of distilleries, beer and mocktail vendors in addition to wine tastings. Attendees can explore a vendor marketplace with more than 30 booths, along with flower vendors that highlight the new theme.
Live performances by Ebb & Nova and Groovalicious are scheduled throughout the day. Food and dessert trucks will offer a range of options, with organizers noting an expanded list of new vendors.
Tickets for the event are available online and at the gate, with discounted passes for designated drivers. The Maryland Wine Festival, first held in 1984, has been hosted at the Carroll County Farm Museum since 1985 and is considered one of the region’s largest wine festivals.
